Requirements:

    Bachelor degree in social science from reputable universities
    Having minimum 5 years  working  experience as a CSR Manager  in manufacturing and/or mining  fields  are preferable
    Having good knowledge in managing CSR jobs, functions and issues
    Able to operate computer
    Proficient in English
    Good communication, negotiation skill, energetic, dynamic,  responsibility, cooperative
    Ability to lead and build a solid team work 
    Able to work well under pressure
    Willing to travel and to be placed at our project site in  Central Java
