Responsibilities:
Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
Deliver training about soft skill (Customers satisfaction, leadership, officer development, 7 habits of higly efective peoples, etc) and another training material
Able to build training module, training need analysis, and conduct training.
Evaluating training and development programmes
Requirements:
Male
Max age 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
Excellent command of English and computer skills is a must
