IPW), mining contractor (PT.Kasuari), Rental (PT.Terrafactor), Financing (PT.IBF), and manufacture/fabrication (PT.CCI), and other subsidiary.

Instructor specialist for soft skill
Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya) - Cakung - Cilincing

Responsibilities:

    Designing and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and the individual's needs
    Deliver training about soft skill (Service Excellence, Leadership, Officer Development, 7 Habits of Higly Efective Peoples, etc) and another training material
    Able to develop training module, training need analysis, and conduct training
    Evaluating training and development programmes

Requirements:

    Male
    Max age 35 years old
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
    Has min 3 years experience in training area is a must
    Exceptional communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
    Comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
    Excellent command of English and computer skills is a must
