HQ in the United States of America and regional offices in Russia, Israel, China, Vietnam, Thailand, United Kingdom and India.

In line of expansion, our reputable client is seeking outstanding fresh graduates to fill the position of Quantitative Researcher. The position is to be based in one of the established Regional Offices for a year, with the possibility of relocation back to Indonesia to set up Regional Office here.

Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the creation of computer-based models that seek to predict the movements of worldwide financial markets.
    Perform analysis on investment portfolios offered by the company.
    Work with other team members on research projects, including idea generation and data sourcing.
    Perform analyses to test hypotheses and formulate insights, utilizing your exceptional skills and knowledge in statistical analysis and programming
    Summarize, Present and communicate results and ideas clearly and concisely to other members of the research team.

Requirements:

    Possess a bachelor’s degree from one of Indonesia's or overseas' top universities in a highly analytical field, such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering or Financial Engineering.
    Preferably possess a Masters or Ph.D. degree from one of Indonesia’s top Universities or a leading foreign university.
    Recent graduates (top student) with less than 3 years’ experience are encouraged to apply. Must ranked as top 20% or above in class for bachelor's degree.
    Must have a research scientist mind-set, i.e., be a deep thinker, creative, persevering, smart, a self-starter, etc.
    Must be competent in a programming language (C++ or C)
    Have a strong interest in learning about worldwide financial markets and stock markets.
