Conservation
International, an international non-governmental organization, is seeking to
fill the positions of:
BHS
Secretariat Operation Officer– Based in Manokwari
The
Operation Officer will be supervised by the BHS Secretariat Manager and also
dotted report to the BHS Finance Coordinator. The role is to perform administration,
HR duties (assist in recruitment, medical in/outpatient, annual leave record) as
well as process, report, and monitor finance transactions in accordance to CI’s
policy and procedures.
Key
Duty/Responsibility:
(1)Handling Manokwari’s Office Petty
Cash, preparing and executing bank disbursements, (2) Prepare and produce
Biweekly Finance Reports including maintain hardcopy of finance report,
(3)
Administration: Day to day office management, oversee all office purchases and
procurement, maintain inventory list, support in arranging travel, event or
workshop.
(4)
HR function: assist the Manager to organize interview conducted in Manokwari
office, keep track of personnel records, outpatient and inpatient records, etc.
Qualifications:
(1)
Academic Degree level.
(2)
Preferable - 2 years relevant work experience in Finance and Administration.
(3)
Fluency in verbal and writing of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
(4)
Computer skills with strong familiarity of word processing, spreadsheets, and
database software are mandatory. An understanding of QuickBooks program is an
advantage
