II. Organizational Context and Scope
I-Care (IOM Circle of Care for Displaced Persons in Indonesia)Project is an 18-months project, focused on designing and delivering care services for about 3,000 displaced persons in Indonesia. I-Care’s main activity sets as the following : (a) vulnerability mapping of target groups; (b) training/coordinating NGO I-Care service providers; (c) deliver of targeted I-Care services to target groups; in the areas of : (1) life-skills development; (2) social support; and (3) educational support – in no less than 10 project locations nationwide.
Under the direct supervision of the I-Care Project Manager, in close coordination the Child Care/Child Protection Consultant, and under the overall oversight of the Deputy Chief of Mission, the incumbent will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of I-Care service delivery in all I-Care target sites.
III. Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Act as focal point and implementation lead for vulnerability mapping/assessment exercises of I-Care. Assess psychosocial and protection needs and identify problems/gaps, risk and vulnerabilities, including those related to gender and age. Propose prioritised initiatives to reduce these risks and increase the resilience capacity of I-Care target groups.
2. Lead the establishment of I-Care mechanisms for standardized delivery of I-Care services based on the I-Care service framework and programme components.
3. Identify NGOs, and categorize NGOs based on NGO locations and services.
4. Periodically submit reports on the following: IOM and NGO care staff skill levels; further training needs for care services; NGO care services; I-Care procedures and information management practices.
5. Ensure the I-Care system of activity reporting and feedback are utilized, review field data on I-Care services, and finalize for submission to management.
6. Mainstream I-Care services with other relevant IOM projects/activities.
7. Establish a system of reporting/presentation that will show progress of I-Care beneficiaries, from I-Care service support.
8. From the I-Care service framework, lead in designing and planning the delivery of I-Care services.
9. Provide technical guidance and supervision to the field staff (Regional Coordinator) in close coordination with Project Manager and Head of Sub-Office.
10. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

V. Education and Experience
a) Indonesian National with good knowledge of, and experience in managing program & operational
b) Master Degree in psychology, social science, or in psychiatric nursing and registered to practice in clinical psychology discipline in Indonesia, or University Degree with at least two years of professional and managerial working experience with minimum three years of clinical work experience, of which minimal five to several years of experience working in community based programmes or camp settings.
c) Experience in provision of community based training activities
