Vacancy : Knowledge and Management Specialist

o support civil society
organizations (CSOs) in 5 regions to implement a poverty reduction
program through the empowerment of marginalized groups, who otherwise
would not be reached by regular PNPM and other government poverty
alleviation programs.
Summary of key functions :

Ensures facilitation of knowledge management system and knowledge sharing by focusing on achievement of the following results:
*     To conduct Knowledge management assessment for Kemitraan and CSO partners
*     To pool knowledge resources
*     Pro-actively promoting  learning and knowledge dissemination internally and externally
*     Dissemination and knowledge sharing of lesson learnt and best practices
*     Synthesis of lesson learnt and best practice under knowledge and research areas
*     To developed knowledge management system
Recruitment Qualifications :

Education:  
Graduate degree in knowledge management, social development or social
science, or related field. A Secondary Education is preferable
Skills:
*     Team player, able to work respectfully and cooperatively with colleagues of different  cultural background.

*     Having excellent skill in report writing and the use of ICT;
*     Well analytical and presentation skills;
*     Fluency in English with excellent verbal and drafting skills;
*     Clear commitment to governance reform especially in the area of poverty reduction;
*     In depth understanding on poverty reduction program, marginalized issues and social inclusion in Indonesia
*     Has advanced experience in knowledge management system, reporting and M and E plan;
