CSR Manager (School & Education)
Banten - Tangerang, Lippo Karawaci

Requirements:

    Male/Female has  a passion in school & education
    Has the ability to develop a strategic plan and realistic tactical implementation plans
    Must show strong implementation skills
    Has gained considerable experience in CSR (school & education), at least 5 years working experience, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity.
    Able to lead, guide and train & coach team members and indirect internal/external parties
    Able to bring results while building organizational infrastructure and team.
    Has a good lobbying skills
    Must be willing to travel extensively to various business unit locations
    Is resourceful, able to maximize currently available resources
    Possesses a passion for dealing with people and community issues.  Has natural ability to easily blend with local communities.
