PRSF is a joint facility between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.
GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by AusAID to manage the implementation of PRSF.
We are seeking a national Gender Adviser with high-level experience in providing practical advice to strengthen the attention to, and monitoring of, promoting women’s empowerment and gender equality in development assistance or poverty reduction programs.
The adviser will be responsible for networking with TNP2K and other government agencies to stimulate demand for more gender sensitive information and policy advice.
Essential Criteria:
Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant social science
Minimum 5 - 10 years recent experience in programs and/or research focusing on gender issues, ideally with a poverty reduction or social protection focus.
Experience in a policy research environment, program design and monitoring and evaluation.
Experience in Gender Analysis, Qualitative (essential) and Quantitative (desirable) Research
Proven record of strong client relations, with ability to work in sensitive situations, challenging policy environments, and within Government of Indonesia institutions/ministries
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
