Title:Communication/Public
Campaign Consultant(SAJI)
Project Name :  Strengthening Access to Justice
in Indonesia
Reports to:SAJI Project Manager
Duty Station:Jakarta

of Travel (if applicable):Bener Meriah, Palu, Palangka Raya, Ternate, Ambon
Duration of Assignment: (5 months)
Under
the direct supervision of SAJI’s project manager and in coordination with
Monitoring and Reporting Officer, the consultant is responsible to develop and implementcommunication
strategy which will assist the effective public awareness campaign, targeting Media, the poor and
marginalized, as well as SAJI’s stakeholders (GoI and Development Partners).
1.       Scope of
work
The consultant is required to design and undertakepublic campaign activities targeting a wide-range of audiences (national
media, local media, SAJI beneficiaries (the poor and the marginalized), and
development partners. The activities will involved:
·         Public campaign on Informal
Justice (including development of publication materials)
·         Public campaign on Legal Aid
(including development of publication materials)
·         Public campaign on public
complaint mechanism (including development of publication materials)
·         Public campaign on National
Strategy on Access to Justice in Indonesia
In order to accomplish this task the consultant is
expected to work at UNDP project office in order to ease the coordination
between the consultant and the relevant analyst/responsible party.

2.       Requirement
for experience and qualifications
SHORTLISTING CRITERIA
I. Academic Qualifications: University degree in Communication, Social Sciences or relevantdegree.

II. Years of experience:
1. At least 10-year working experience in communication work, especially in public sector projects(for Bachelor Degree) orMaster’s degree in Communication or Management with at least 5-year working experience in communication work
2. Have experience in developingand implementingcommunication strategy for internationalorganization;
3. Have general knowledge of GoI and donor organizational structure and policies;
4. Demonstrate excellent writing and editingskills forPR materials targeting a wide-range of stakeholders
5. Ability to prepare and conduct effective presentation
6. Experience in working with governments, donors,media, and civil societies
7. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written,are required.

experience of development in the aid effectiveness issues;
-       Actively works towards
