Jakarta, Indonesia – AusAID funded Poverty Reduction Support Facility (PRSF)

PRSF is a joint facility between AusAID and the Government of Indonesia to improve the quality of policy advice for poverty programs in Indonesia.

GRM International is the Managing Contractor contracted by AusAID to manage the implementation of PRSF.

We are seeking a candidate to become the PRSF Information, Education and Communication Specialist to communication and public outreach efforts in order to better communicate the project activities and achievements to key stake holders.

Essential Criteria:

    An advanced university degree (BSc or MSc preferred) or its equivalent from a recognized university in the fields of Social Science, Development Studies, Communication and Media, Public Relations or related subjects.
    Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in the communication field
    Good knowledge and practice in project cycle management
    Experienced in working within complex donor-funded initiatives, which involves various state agencies and local governments
    Strong understanding of corporate communication strategies, techniques and tools
    Basic knowledge of PRSF operations and institutional mandates and policies, and good knowledge of poverty reduction in general
    Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
