IT Specialist IKAT-US Component 2
Organizational Context :

The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia, (Kemitraan)
currently has been awarded with a 42-month program on the Component 2 of USAID’s “IKAT-US: Civil Societies Innovating Together” program
initiative. Under this program, Kemitraan leveraging its expertise,
skills and networks to provide an evaluation analysis of the best
practices and lessons learned of the Component 1 of the IKAT-US program
initiative, focusing mainly of the progress and sustainability of the
programs regional partnership modality in advancing democracy and
promoting good governance in Southeast Asia. The results of the
evaluation analysis is used as the basis to formulate policy
recommendations to the US Government regarding the successes and
failures of the regional partnership initiative, and will also provide
recommendations for improvement, sustainability, and replication to
other regions.


Summary of key functions :

*     Coordinate with IKAT-US Component 1 Partnerships for the website
content and also run a technical maintenance of the website

*     Collecting, compiling and supplying the website with information for uploading,
*     Migrating  all  the  content  from the previous website  into the new web form
*     Coordinate closely with USAID and six lead partners of six
partnership programs and maintained working relationships with regional
partners
*     Provide assistance in the implementation of annual conferences as a forum for sharing lessons learnt, exchange of good practices and
networking among partnership member organizations
*     Provide monthly activity reports as part of project monthly highlight reports and quarterly reports
*     Provide assistance to the IKAT-US Component 1 Partnerships in
compiling and repackaging project activities information for submission
to the website
*     Plan, implement and maintain IKAT-US Web-based Knowledge Resource
Center in consultation with IKAT-US Component 1 Partnerships and USAID.
Recruitment Qualifications :

*     Education Skill: Bachelors (S1) Degree in ICT  having good
knowledge and skill web base development and maintaining web base
portal; and good skill  on ICT.
*    Experience: Min. 5 years of ICT  or relevant experience in project planning, implementing and monitoring; experience and skill in
facilitating the development of multi-stakeholders forum, in pulling
stakeholders such as key government agencies, civil society
organizations,  private companies and grassroots communities, etc.;
*    Language Requirement : Fluently in English
