MASTER DATA SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Support and cooperate with the Category Manager & Supply Chain Manager in order to ensure optimum status of the Catalogue, introducing, up dating and supervising item introduction
Ensure optimum status of the item database especially the assortment structure.
Guarantee the quality of item data base
Key Accountabilities
Master Data:
Introduce new items in the system
Enter new items, prices and assortment structure in the system
Maintain and update items in the system
Item management
Ensure that all items cards are correct in term of item description, item hierarchy, purchasing & retail pricing, etc …
Verification & control of all item creation or modification
Enter the prices with the establish margins:
Receive all new product prices from the Category Managers
Enter new prices into the database
Ensure the correct communication of the prices changes
Check all the data against the calculated margin:
Communicate information to the Category Manager
Global Catalogue:
Match The Assortment Structure From The Regions With The Global Catalogue Through Webapplication
Analyse The Concerned Items When No Matching Possible
Taking The Decission To Input Local Brands In The Global Assortment Structure (Discuss The Matter With The Category Managers)
Create New Assortment Structures
Requirements:
Diploma or University Level
Minimum 2 years of experience in Data base management and knowledge
Fluent in English
Word, Excel
Specific Requirements
Organized, analytical and methodical and good at detail Item Management
