STBM Senior Officer
(Based in Soe – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
· Live-in in the Sub-Districts’ Village
· Select & recommend Community’s Village Facilitator to Sub-District Team STBM
· Create planning of STBM triggering in every villages
· Follow up triggering in every village
· The STBM Senior Officer will be responsible to assist STBM implementation in all villages after STBM triggering training.
· Assist village facilitators in achieving village STBM
· Facilitate village facilitators & community
· Provide recommendation action to team leader
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in any major (public health/environmental engineering is advantage)
· Min. 3 years experiences in community development
· Strong skill in facilitating
· Experience in promoting and developing learning in the area of expertise
· Demonstrated experience working with local governments
· Computer literate
· Good understanding about Saluran Total Berbasis Masyarakat
Early Childhood Development (ECCD) Senior Officer
(Based in Sikka – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
· Maintain positive relationships with community level institutions and individuals
· Ensure community buy-in to the need for improved early childhood supports
· Recruit, mentor and supervise Early Childhood Development Workers to facilitate village level activities
· Facilitate monthly parenting group
· Train and supervise ECD caregivers
· Train and supervise Young Adult facilitators for after school play and learn activities
· Participate in monthly training and share knowledge with ECDWs through field based training.
· Ensure efficient distribution of materials and resources to field as required
· Collect field data and ensure timely and accurate reporting of data
· Manage at least one case study
· Prepare monthly updates and quarterly reports
Requirements:
· University degree holder in education or community development and experience working in community development
· Creative, resourceful and committed to improving lives of vulnerable children and their families
· Warm personality that can communicate well with adults and children.
· Strong competencies in capacity building and coaching
· Strong competencies in monitoring and record keeping
· Ability to manage 4 member field team and 40 village volunteers working with small stipend
· Able to accomplish tasks independently and work well in team setting
· High energy level and time management skills required
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and internet)
· Excellent speaking and writing skills (English) and local language where assigned
· Commitment to work 6-7 hours daily in each community
· Willingness to drive motorcycle to field sites
Admin Assistant
(Based in Kefamenanu – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
· Maintain Personnel records (leave records, insurance related, etc)
· Support administratrion of recruitment in his/her area
· Review documents of purchase request
· Prepare bidding for purchasing at area office
· Conduct purchasing for area
· Files documents in area office
· Maintain Plan fixed assets and non fixed asset item such as update records of fixed asset and non fixed asset items, proposed disposal to Plan Managers
· Physical inspection/check of fixed asset and non fixed asset items
Requirements:
· Diploma/university degree in Economics, Administration or equivalent
· Min. 1 year experience in finance and administration
· Computer literate
· Good communication and interpersonal relation
· Excellent in filling system
