VSO is the world's leading independent international development organisation that works through volunteers to fight poverty in developing countries.
VSO continues to struggle to recruit some skills either in the volume required to respond to partners demand or in skills not readily available in existing recruitment base territories and sees the massive human resources in Indonesia as a potential opportunity to meet those ongoing shortfalls. Therefore in April 2013 VSO Indonesia started its own ‘Recruitment Base’ called IndoVols.
VSO Indonesia wants to understand the potential scale, scope and implications for recruiting Indonesians and identify organizational options to manage the recruitment function.
Therefore, VSO Indonesia is inviting researchers to send a proposal to conduct a feasibility study/review. The objectives of this research are:
1.To perform a Market/Environment Research and Assessment
2.To develop a recommendation of the most viable management option
3.To draft a final report

Interested parties should submit their proposal, no longer than 4 pages, providing:
- evidence of how they meet the qualifications and experiences required
- proposed approach to this consultancy (incl. activity plan)
- the charge for the consultancy plus breakdown of these costs(fixed amount, in Indonesian Rupiah)
