M&E Adviser - DRM -Southeast Asia Programs

IRD is pursuing a multi- year opportunity in Disaster Risk Management in Southeast Asia. We are seeking expressions of interest (CVs) for M&E Adviser (STA) for national and district positions.

 

The core focus of the program is on reducing deaths and injury from natural disasters by strengthening community self-reliance and the host government’s capacity to respond to disasters. 

 

Mandatory Competencies and Experience:

·       Post graduate qualifications in relevant discipline.

·       Donor experience with DFID, AusAID, USAID or EU.

·       Experience in developing, implementing and reporting on M&E frameworks for large scale donor programs.

·       Experience in building the capacity of government and non-government partners in M&E

·       4+ years of relevant experience.

 

Preferred Competencies and Experience:

·       Previous regional experience.

·       7+ years of relevant experience.
