STBM Supervisor
(Based in Soe – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
·
Provide conceptual, technical and
managerial assistance to support the STBM Field Facilitator in STBM implementation.
·
Manage and
oversee STBM Field Facilitator.
·
Establish the
sub-districts action planning towards ODF (open defecation free) and
achievement to STBM 5 pillars
·
To provide
support to existing civil society in terms of STBM, when needed (Village
Facilitators, Dusun Champions, and Sub-Districts STBM Team)
·
Liaise and
coordinate with STBM Team in District Levels, Sub-District Levels and Village
Levels
·
Provide solutions
(technical assistance) to STBM program approach to his/her sub-district levels
·
Monitoring
implementation of child rights mainstreaming programs to ensure meaningful
participation of children, families and community
·
Ensuring that
program is managed in accordance with the Project Proposal & Logical
Framework
·
Monitor and analyze Project processes,
specifically aimed at increasing effectiveness and recommending appropriate
action to STBM Project Manager.
·
Prepare implementation progress reports,
statistical analysis, narrative reports and communications to STBM Project Manager
Requirements:
·
Bachelor degree in any major (public
health/environmental engineering is advantage)
·
5-7years experience on Water Sanitation Projects
·
Experience with CLTS triggering and promotion STBM in
his/her current line of work
·
Strong skills in teamwork, strategic
planning and experience in promoting and developing learning in area of
expertise
·
University degree in public
health/environmental engineering
·
Computer literate
·

STBM Senior Officer
(Based in Kefamenanu – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
·
Live-in in the Sub-Districts’ Village
·
Select & recommend Community’s
Village Facilitator to Sub-District Team STBM
·
Create planning of STBM triggering in
every villages
·
Follow up triggering in every village
·
Assist STBM implementation in all
villages after STBM triggering training.
·
Assist village facilitators in achieving
village STBM
·
Facilitate village facilitators &
community
·
Provide recommendation action to team
leader
Requirements:

Community Development Officer
(Based in Lembata – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:

Conduct immersions in community to
understand and document;

·
Map and conduct situation analysis of
boys, girls, family, CBO, community and government, by community. This will include the collection of basic
baseline data (e.g. number of primary schools) as outlined by Technical
Supervisors
·
Using PRA methodology, undertake
participatory planning with community resulting in a Community Development Plan
that goes beyond Plan activities and fits with Government formats. This process may need to include Technical
Supervisors.
·
Draft an MoU between Plan and the
village that covers the Village responsibilities/investments and Plan
responsibilities/investments for 3 years.
This will use a standard format and will cover sponsorship.
·
Prepares projects to support community
based child protection (CBCP).
·
Ensures any community based child
protection activities are implemented in a timely fashion with quality
·
Strengthens village government so that
it reflects a focus on children’s issues: budgets for community based child
protection, adequate plans/implementation/ monitoring of development projects,
is representative with children and marginalized having a voice, and is
accountable for funds
·
Facilitates community based organization
(CBO) and civil society organizations, in order they capable to advocate to
others duty bearers about community based child protection and child participation
·
Facilitates children group/organizations
to voice out their concern and interest in the fulfillment of their rights and
protection
·
Facilitates regular update on protection
situations at the village level through multi-stakeholders meeting
·
Assist in coordination and monitoring of
other Plan funded project in the community
·
Ensures sponsorship communication are
well integrated into the community programs and are managed according the
requirements of Plan and Child Centered Community Development
·
Monitors production of
sponsorship communication to ensure quality and timely sponsorship items in
his/her working area. CDO must sign that he/she has reviewed any and all
products submitted by the volunteer affirming that the products meet all of
Plan requirements
·
Orient, accompany and debrief visiting
sponsors in his/her village areas
·
Raise awareness of community about the
danger of unannounced visit and what to do when they occur
·
Conduct capacity building, training and
coaching for volunteers in the regulations, knowledge and skill of sponsorship
communications/BR of Plan, ensure that all volunteers acquire the adequate
skill and knowledge before handling the works to support Plan
·
Responsible to take the Sponsored Children
(SC) and family data for the first enrollment to fulfill information of first Sponsorship
Communication Information
·
Conduct regular home visits to update
the situation and progress of SCs and families while maintain effective BR with
them
·
Acts as the Plan representative in the
village. Provides village with
information about Plan Indonesia, sponsorship, projects, etc. Provides Plan
with input on village concerns
·
Ensures the village is aware of Plan’s
contributions in the village, sub-district and district by establishing a Plan
bulletin board in every village that has development information and copies of
all projects including budgets
·
Insures all project reporting and
monitoring requirements are met
·
Insures all liquidations and financial
documents are timely and of good quality
Requirements:

Prefer a Bachelor’ degree or it
equivalent in social/community development and other related fields
·
Two years experience in actual community
organizing and development
·
Hands-on experience in participatory
approaches
·
Good communication and interpersonal
relation
·
Good knowledge in CCCD and Child rights

Admin Assistant
(Based in Nagekeo – East Nusa Tenggara)
Responsibilities:
