Various Vacancies at Community Empowerment of People Against Tuberculosis (CEPAT) projects.

CEPAT project is a five –year program (2012 – 2017) funded by the USAID and implemented by Yayasan Jaringan Kesejahteraan/Kesehatan Masyarakat (JKM).




The main goal of CEPAT is decreased burden of TB program in vulnerable population, especially people living in urban slums, remote islands, post-disaster areas, poor and malnourished people, contracts of TB and MDR-TB patients, and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Advocacy, Communication, and Social Mobilization (ACSM) training curriculum for community mobilization, TB patient support, community health worker outreach and local government advocacy and advocate the local government to change regulation that are not consistent with the National Tuberculosis Program’s (NTP’s) guidance, increase funding, and provide better quality TB services.

We are looking for qualified Indonesian individual who have a passion for making a differences in the lives who can fill the following long term positions:



1. Community Organizational Development (COD) Expert based: will be responsible for community organizational development and will provide capacity building, and assisted by a team of COD experts at the district and provincial levels, one for each targeted district and one for each targeted province. The COD experts at the provincial level will oversee the district level COD experts, and the district level COD experts will oversee and provide the capacity building for the community volunteers and conduct advocacy at the district level and sub district level.



2. Advocacy Advisor: will take the lead for overall advocacy efforts and also lead the advocacy effort, and will be responsible for setting up the advocacy plan and conducting activities.



3. Provincial Community Organization Development: will organize communities in the provinces, coordinate and conduct regular meetings with District CODs and M&E staff, collect data from the District CODs and submit data to the M&E staff.

Requirement:

a. For vacancy 1 and 2

-  Minimum Master’s degree (S-2) with experience in TB program management for at COD experts and Advocacy Advisor.

-  Minimum 3 years experience for COD Experts position and 5 years experience for Advocacy Advisor position.



For vacancy 3:

-  Minimum Diploma’s degree (S-1) with experience in TB program management for at least 3 years for Provincial Community Organization Development.

b. For all vacancy: Excellent communication and negotiation skill, team player and good knowledge in MS Office Applications (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point).
