15 years, employing more than 800 staff in the programs and serving
1,400 of the poorest villages.

Indonesia is a local humanitarian organization that implements most of
World Vision programs in Indonesia. World Vision is one of the world’s
largest international Christian humanitarian aid organizations. It has
been working in Indonesia for more than 50 years and focusing on
programming effort on health, education and economic development across
transformational development, humanitarian emergency affairs and
advocacy
ministries.
Wahana Visi Indonesia is currently seeking the following positions :
1. Project Manager of GPSA Project (Code: PM-GPSA)
Location : Kupang, NTT
Major Roles:
providing
overall leadership to local advocacy activities with local Government,
local Community Leaders (including Religious and Custom leaders), all
Maternal and Child Health stakeholders, and community groups (including
youth groups).
Qualifications:
- Preferably Master degree in Public Health, Law, Public Administration, Political Science
- Min. 4 years experiences in advocacy/ CVA works for national/provincial position, and have experience
in working with local Government, Parliament and other stakeholders at local level
- Have a good understanding on the government’s planning and budgeting mechanism.
- Good Understanding the humanitarian industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
2. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator of GPSA project (Code: MELC-GPSA)
Location : Kupang, NTT
Major Roles:
Responsible
for planning and implementing the GPSA monitoring,evaluation and
learning plan including sound documentation; that contributes to the
achievement of GPSA Project goals and also ensure all monitoring and
evaluation are in alignment with donor requirements as well as WV
standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Management or Social studies
- Min. 1 years experience in the Development of Knowledge Management systems
- Have experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
- Good understanding the humanitarian industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Communication in English
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight at project sites
3. GPSA Citizen Voice and Action Coordinator of GPSA Project (Code: CVA-GPSA Project)
Location : Kupang, TTU, SIKKA
Major
Roles:
To create enabling environment for community to
claim their rights to health and also will maintain and enhance the
role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating for, with,
by and responding to advocacy needs in Indonesia as related to WV
Indonesia Strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Law, Public Administration, Political Science
