Junior Consultant (for Organization Development & Human Resources)

Roles and Responsibilities:

    Partners with project leader in design and delivering services to clients
    Partners with clients in implement consultancy services
    Ensure the execution of project as client’s contractual obligation
    Support the administration on project management
    Facilitate internal coordination on client’s project base

Requirements:

    S1 any discipline from reputable university
    Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Fluent in English
    Strong interpersonal
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    Leadership potential
    Hands-on and result oriented
    Excellent computer literate – Ms. Office (word, excel, power point)
    Good Communication Skill (persuasive)
