COPY WRITER

Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit, Christian housing ministry. We seek to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make descent shelter a matter of conscience and action. In Indonesia, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia as the national foundation currently operates regular programs across 8 provinces and in some other areas for disaster response programs.


Habitat for Humanity Indonesia is now seeking some professionals who have willingness to involve in social work and NGO world to fill the following position. Ideal candidates should be Indonesian, who are strong qualified personality with excellent leadership, managerial, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is an important prerequisite.

COPY WRITER

Responsibilities

    Developing the words and scripts that accompany digital project and visuals design;
    Supporting the Communication Team to develop project program and events;
    Making copy or writing conceptual copy expressing positioning/messaging idea; linking all inputs / thoughts to be a creative concept;
    Responsible for researching, drafting, editing the organization’s written communication strategies across in-house media, social networking, web networking, hard-copy printing and marketing programs;

Qualification

    Minimum Diploma (D3) in any majors;
    Fluency in English, both verbal and written;
    Good knowledge & having experience as creative copywriter minimum 1 years;
    Have a passion in corporate writing, marketing and promotion ( such as: Company profile, Annual Report Calender, Brochure etc);
    Microsoft office intermediate level user;
    Strategic deck writing experience such as crafting skill will be an advantage;
    Basic skills in design and operating design software is preferable;
    Good communication skills, good ethics, able to work in the team and independent and problem solving oriented;
    Honest, meticulous, having good interpersonal skills, and hard worker;
    Having experience working in NGO is preferable.
