1. Program Coordinator - Tanimbar

 

The Program Coordinator will develop strong, working relationships with government, community, private sector and other key partners at the local, provincial and national levels, as a foundation for future work. He/She will support Program Manager in donor management and shared value partnership development with additional donors.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in international development, economic development or a related field; Masters degree in related topic preferred;
• Minimum of 7 years of community mobilization and/or international development and management experience;
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, in BOTH English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must ;
• Record of success in designing innovative community interventions in a variety of sectors is a must. Possible sectors may include WASH, economic development and livelihoods, energy access, health and education, among others;
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, particularly focus group discussions and interviews, a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and statistics software.
