Investment/Performance Planning Coordinator
The Social Investment/Performance Planning
Coordinator will be responsible for research, schedule, and plan, define,
implement and coordinate social performance and investment opportunities
associated with the donor, a natural gas project.
- Identify social investment/performance opportunities within various departments at the natural gas project.
- Develop and manage 30, 60 and 180 day action plans to take advantage of these opportunities.
She/he will work closely and develop strong
relationships with various departments involved in the project from design,
development, construction, hookup, commissioning and operating phases of the
project. She/He also will develop and maintain database properly documenting
all opportunities and status of work on each opportunity in a clear and
systematic manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors’ degree in relevant engineering field; development practice and/or other related field; Masters Degree in related field preferred;
- High level of experience in complex project management, scheduling and planning, especially in exposure to social investment and/or social performance associated with large projects.
- Exposure to and understanding of corporate standards, processes and procedures.
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written, in BOTH English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by a high level of inquisitiveness and entrepreneurialism.
- Exceeds proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and statistics software.
