SurfAid Internationa is looking for HR Officer Medan - 3 months Replacement

SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working for healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the community programs are implemented in Mentawai, Nias, Tello, pulau Banyak and Bima.


HR Officer Medan - 3 Months Replacement

This position is a temporary position to cover for the HR Manager. The main responsibility is to maintaining the HR services to support organization and program activities in Medan office for the field and supportoffices. The activities will include, but not limited to ;
-     Coordinate recruitment process,
-         Update employee information,
-         Manage employee salary and benefit information and process,
-     Communicate and coordinate with other Managers in Medan and/or HR person in charge in field offices to provide HR services,
-         Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently across offices.
 
Minimum Qualificationn
Bachelor degree from any discipline,
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HR administration or operations field, preferably with non profit
organization
Strong time management and people management skills,
Excellent English language skills, both written and oral with practical computer skills and competence with
Microsoft office environment
