One business is www.indonesiaorganic.com, an initiative of social entrepreneurship (not-for-profit) to help to develop an organic value chain.  In 2010, the website www.indonesiaorganic.com launched as a catalyst and virtual solution to connect people, businesses (buyers and sellers) and other organizations and to exchange ideas, knowledge and information concerning organic products.  In the next coming years, the website will be a complete, effective and interactive PORTAL to serve the goals.  The portal IndonesiaOrganic is the unique, ideal instrument - a virtual newspaper and meeting point - in order to:
1.       Connect people involved in organic products
2.       Innovate, improve, and benefit the organic value chain
3.       Contribute to a healthy environment
4.       Create a revolving fund for investments in social projects in Indonesia
Second business is Ubud Eco Shop, a very small shop with 2-3 transactions a day, also a not-for-profit to assist small businesses to sell their Eco products.
Very good potential to ‘grow with us’ including involvement in events like Earth Day Bali.
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task with a wide variety of normal office responsibilities.
Responsibilities
·         Accounting using QuickBooks – very small amount of transactions each week – experience with MYOB accepted
·         Billing to customers, follow-up, payment collection, reconciliations
·         Payment to suppliers, dll
·         Banking, petty cash
·         Order taking and follow-up
·         Maintain filing system
·         Answer phone and handle routine inquiries including with email - and take messages
·         Weekly/monthly reports
·         Photocopying, printing, coordinating, dll
·         Possible marketing to new clients
·         Other reasonable responsibilities to expand staff’s knowledge and responsibilities and assist management
Requirements
·         Indonesian national
·         Good spoken and written English
·         Minimum two years in a similar position in all or most areas of responsibility OR able to show that can handle the job
·         Must be organized and able to handle a large variety of different responsibilities with flexibility
·         Can work independently after trained
·         Creative to find and make solutions
·         Experience with Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express), excel & word, QuickBooks, accounting theory or experience, some PowerPoint and Photoshop a plus but not required.
·         Able to know when activities are beyond existing knowledge and ask for more information and assistance
·         Great team player, great attitude, flexible, honest, and committed
·         Beneficial if experience with marketing/sales or marketing/sales support.
Can be 5 days, each 8 hours or can be 4 days, each 10 hours (same 40 hours/week).
