Finance Officer - Nias with SurfAid International

SurfAid International is a nonprofit organization working for healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing. With the head office in Medan, the community programs are implemented in Mentawai, Nias, Bima and Sumba. SurfAid works closely with the communities and government to improve communities' capacity on emergency preparedness and their ability to respond to health issues, including water and sanitation.

Currently we are looking for a dynamic team player to join us for our program in Nias.

FINANCE OFFICER - NIAS

Based in Nias. The position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing, reporting and monitoring of finance transactions, and to implement finance procedures in accordance with SurfAid International’s policies and procedures.

Minimum requirements :

               Minimum bachelor degree with Accounting background

               At least 4 years experience in Finance, preferably with Non Government Organization (NGO)

               Experience in staff management (small team),

              Good analytical skills,

              Experience working with payroll and asset/inventory management

              Familiarity with MYOB and T-Pay software is a plus

              Proven track record of transparency and accountability
