The Position
We are currently recruiting a highly talented and motivated Human Resources Officer to streamline our processes.
Position overview:

Streamline recruitment process from (advertising, selection, job description)

Revise staff guidelines
-
Manage payroll
-
Develop a performance management system for Yayasan Kopernik

Assist in preparing staff training and events when required
Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Master degree preferred)

At least 2 years work experience in Human Resources.

Positive attitude, hard working, reliable, motivated, and passionate about social impact
-
Ability to perform to a high level under limited supervision.
-
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Fluency in English

Fully computer literate

Indonesian national preferred
Location: Ubud, Bali.
