Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) Project Manager-Contract
based
(
Based in Soe-Kefamenanu )
To support the design, planning and implementation
of the YEE Project  in Soe-Kefamenanu,
East Nusa Tenggara, manage partnership, and ensure proper documentation and
reporting to the donor.
 
Requirements: 
·        
Bachelor degree in Social Science, etc
·        
5
(five) years experience in community development preferably in Livelihood,
Microfinance, TVET
·        
Experience in representational roles
·        
Experience in promoting and developing learning in
the  area of expertise
·        
Demonstrated experience working with local
governments
·        
Good
understanding about Youth Economic Empowerment ( YEE ) concept and practices
·        
Good
facilitation and communication skill
·        
Good
networking with government organization, non government organization, and
others relevant institution
·        
Good
interpersonal skill and team work 
·        
Understand
about human right and child right
·        
Good
adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom
·        
Good
computer skill and Writing skills in English
·        
Willing
to travel extensively ( 75 %)
Recruitment Supervisor – Contract based
( Jakarta based )
Responsible
for maintenance of job profiles, coordinate recruitment. 
Requirements
:

Bachelor degree in human resources or equivalent
·        
At least 3 years experience in recruitment
·        
Good interpersonal skill and team work
·        
Experience in International NGO will be an
advantage
·        
Excellent English skill and computer literate
HR Supervisor – Contract based
( Jakarta based )
Responsible for payroll and carry out
day-to-day personnel administration, Human Resources data base maintenance 
Maintenance of employee communication, Salary
and employee benefits administration, Personnel administration monitoring
Requirements
:
·        
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Administration
·        
Three
( 3 ) years experience as administration staff in HR Department or Finance and General
Affairs at International NGO
·        
Understand tax calculation ( PPH 21 )
·        
Understand and experience in payroll
·        
Good English skill and computer literate 
·        
Good interpersonal skill and team work
