Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the positions of:

 

Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE) Project Manager-Contract based

( Based in Soe-Kefamenanu )

 

To support the design, planning and implementation of the YEE Project  in Soe-Kefamenanu, East Nusa Tenggara, manage partnership, and ensure proper documentation and reporting to the donor.

 

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor degree in Social Science, etc

·         5 (five) years experience in community development preferably in Livelihood, Microfinance, TVET

·         Experience in representational roles

·         Experience in promoting and developing learning in the  area of expertise

·         Demonstrated experience working with local governments

·         Good understanding about Youth Economic Empowerment ( YEE ) concept and practices

·         Good facilitation and communication skill

·         Good networking with government organization, non government organization, and others relevant institution

·         Good interpersonal skill and team work

·         Understand about human right and child right

·         Good adaptation and familiar and sensitive to local culture and custom

·         Good computer skill and Writing skills in English

·         Willing to travel extensively ( 75 %)

 

 

 

YEE Program Advisor – Contract based

( Jakarta based )

Develops YEE Country Program strategy, Program Framework and implementation guideline, Monitors and evaluates program insuring programs and their progress are evidence based, Ensures learning’s are documented, disseminated and applied, Partnership, networking, representation and raising awareness, Regular program reporting, Expansion of grant funding

 

Requirements:

·         University graduate preferably Master in Economics, Business or Social Development.

·         Ten years experience working on programs that focus on microfinance, Micro Enterprise Development & Technical Vocational Education Training.

·         Strong managerial and leadership skills.

 

 

 

DRM Program Manager – Contract based

( Jakarta based )

 

Develops DRM Country Program strategy, Program Framework and implementation guideline, Monitors and evaluates program insuring programs and their progress are evidence based, Ensures learning’s are documented, disseminated and applied, Partnership, networking, representation and raising awareness, Regular program reporting, Expansion of grant funding

 

 

Requirements:

·         University graduate in social development, etc

·         Ten years experience working on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management

·         Strong managerial and leadership skills.
