RTI International, with headquarters in the USA and with the Asia Regional Office in Jakarta,  is one of the world's leading research institutes, dedicated to improving the human condition by turning knowledge into practice.

RTI International is seeking applicants for an upcoming governance project in Eastern Indonesia. This multi-dimensional project, funded by USAID, will focus on governance and public service delivery in health, education, and other sectors.

General Qualifications for the applicants:

·         Relevant field experience in areas of international development, local governance, public service delivery, or capacity development projects is required.

·         Experience with large multi-sectoral governance programs is preferred.

·         Knowledge of and experience in working in Eastern Indonesia are desired.

·         Extensive travel within Indonesia is expected.

·         Fluency in English language for national staff and Bahasa Indonesia for international staff is strongly preferred.
