 Compassion Indonesia Foundation, an International Christian Ministry for Children Development, is seeking for highly motivated  staff (Bandung Office) for the position below:

Child Protection Specialist (CPS)

Specific Requirement

-       A minimum of three years professional or intensive volunteer experience relevant to working with abused children, communities and ministries, and child protection service agencies.

-       Strong interpersonal relationship skills. conducive to establishing trusting relationships with a wide variety of people, including children.

-       Ability to work with only occasional supervision.

-       Good leadership, case management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to reflect Compassion’s Leadership Principles.

-       Partner service orientation.

-       Good written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills.

-       Demonstrated ability to work with the broad spectrum of Evangelical denominations and churches.

-       This position requires domestic travel and time away from home.
