Plan Indonesia is looking for a dynamic Indonesian national to fill the position of:
 
Maternal Neonatal and Child Health (MNCH) Program Advisor
(Jakarta)
 
Responsibilities:
·         Develops MNCH Country Program strategy, Program Framework and implementation guideline based on Child Centered Community Development (CCCD) principles and strategy.
·         Monitors and evaluates program insuring programs and their progress are evidence based.
·         Ensures learning’s are documented, disseminated and applied
·         Partnership, networking, representation and raising awareness.
·         Regular program reporting
·         Plan-Global-Identity-logo-400Expansion of grant funding
 
Requirements:
·         Min. Bachelor degree
·         12 years experience and eight years in senior position in area of expertise
·         Good knowledge and practice in: program management, strategic planning, MNCH.
·         Strategic planning and evaluating skills
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Good command of oral and written communications
·         Good facilitation and negotiation skill
·         Excellent understanding of sector
 
MER Specialist
(Kab. Bogor - Cibinong)
 
Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring evaluation and reporting for designated project as well as monitoring and evaluating partners.
 
Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in any major
·         8 years experience and five years in senior position in area of expertise
·         Good knowledge and practice in: Gender Equality, RSH, partnership and coalition building.
·         Strategic planning and evaluating skills
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Good command of oral and written communications
·         Good facilitation and negotiation skill
·         Excellent understanding of sector
