Assistant Country Coordinator Agri Hub Indonesia
Context         The Agri-ProFocusCountry Assistant is based in one of the countries Agri-Profocus is working in and irregularly travels internationally.
Goal                Supporting a multi-stakeholder platform for sustainable farmer entrepreneurship in emerging and developing markets for food security through 1) implementation of the        marketing strategy at country level, 2) coordination of the development of the innovation communities and 3) assisting in business and partnership brokering
Output areas & targets

Network development and coordination	·  Facilitating and operating the online platform in line with the procedures and guidelines and inviting members to contribute ·  Implementing the marketing strategy of Agri-Profocus at country level ·  Engaging and communicating with external stakeholders, prospective new network members and the media ·  Developing fact sheets and other PR material ·  Contributing to the drafting of country plan progress reports ·  Participating in and contributing to steering committee meetings and processing the meetings’ minutes	1.Effective and daily operation of the online platform 2. Well and effective implementation of the marketing strategy and developed PR products 3.High quality contributions in meetings and documents 4.Effective and good working relationships with the support team in Arnhem
Business and partnership brokering	·  Assisting the Country Coordinator in supporting partners in the development of their business	1. Effective assistance in business development
Innovation communities	·  Coordinating the development of innovation communities ·  Assisting the Country Coordinator in facilitating the innovation communities at country level	1.Well developed innovation communities 2.Effective assistance of the Country Coordinator
Platform for debate and learning	·  Stimulating synergy and exchange between the innovation communities and other initiatives in the region ·  Organizing and publishing reviews and articles about (Agri-Profocus) events at the online platform ·  Assisting the Country Coordinator in facilitating a culture for debate and learning in the Agri-Hub network	1.Effective assistance in stimulating and facilitating a culture of learning at country level and between countries 2.Effectively shared knowledge via the online platform
General	·  Any other duties assigned by the Country Coordinator
Accountable to	Country Coordinator
Functional relationships	AP Network Facilitator, Financial Management & Business facilitator, Communication & Marketing Facilitator, Executive Assistant
Requirements	Minimum of Bachelor and >2 years relevant working experience, excellent communication skills in English or French language, Coordination Skills
