In 2009 the Government of Indonesia (GoI) established a national trust fund mechanism called the Indonesian Climate Change Trust Fund (ICCTF) to facilitate and coordinate financial support for climate change related activities. ICCTF is the first integrated financial mechanism for Indonesia’s national policies and programs on addressing climate change.
ICCTF is currently looking for qualified national candidate to fill the position of:
Consultant for Developing Standard Operating Procedures (National)
Consultant for Developing Standard Operating Procedures (National)
The Consultant will be responsible for improving and integrating the existing SOP’s within ICCTF and coordinates with other consultants who are currently improving SOP for project management. The SOP’s will cover project implementations and Secretariat operations that are in compliance with the best practices, prevailing Indonesian laws and regulations, and international fiduciary standards.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 7 years relevant working experience in financial management and organizational development, with at least 5 years working experience in project management and project assurance (including monitoring, evaluation, and audit) in Indonesia.
- Hands-on experience in liaising and working with line ministry/agency and donor organization in setting up an operational procedures. Experience in running a trust fund management will be a significant advantage.
- Extensive knowledge, qualifications and experience in the establishment of Quality Control Measures.
- Proven expertise and experience in :
- Quality Management and Quality Control
- Expertise in documenting SOPs;
- Project Management;
- Customs and related laws and procedures.
- The Consultant should be an experienced business consultant with relevant experience in research, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) programmes, and must possess the following expertise:
- Excellent analytical and writing skills;
- Computer literate;
- Qualitative and quantitative research skills;
- Multidisciplinary skills, coordination, interpersonal and team skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with target groups and audiences;
- Possess a proven track record in the development and implementation of SOPs;
- Possess adequate working experience and knowledge in this area of work;
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
