GRM International invites proposals for Online Assessment Services on the project AIP-PRISMA. This is an invitation to all firms specializing themselves on the service to submit a proposal to perform the Online Assessment services described herein.
All shortlisted candidates (a more or less 200 individuals) for positions on AIP-PRISMA will be required to undergo vigorous testing to determine their aptitude for the potential role. This is particularly important for positions where we anticipate candidates having less directly relevant experience.
Your firm would be expected to administer and/or give advice on reputable psychometric and intelligence testing in Bahasa Indonesia language.
The result of these online assessments will be two reports for each individual (the services)
a. Personality profile of the candidate, and
b. Report of aptitude/intelligence test of the candidate.
Tests are to be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia however reporting is to be in both Indonesian and English so allowance must be made for translation
Considering the time frame of the project, time to provide report is essential.
The report would help AIP-PRISMA and serve as an additional information to assessors on the candidate prior to The Assessment Center, an event where all selected candidates will be provided a written theoretical test that assesses candidates’ knowledge of market systems and financial concepts (includes both multiple choice and short answer questions).
