Cardno Emerging Markets is looking for an
enthusiastic and committed National
Monitoring and Evaluation and Information Officer who believes that
monitoring and evaluation to critical to achieve success.
Working on the Australia-Asia Program to
Combat Trafficking in Persons (AAPTIP) programme in Indonesia, the National
M&E and Information Officer will work with the local partners and the
Regional Monitoring and Evaluation Adviser to:

Monitor and evaluate
programme activities including data
collection, analysis and reporting;- · Develop the M&E capacity of counterparts and colleagues through workshops, on-the-job training and coaching to monitor their own action plans;
- · Facilitate learning forums with partners; and,
- · Contribute to the development and implementation of AAPTIP-wide monitoring, evaluation and learning systems and practices.
We are looking for applicants with the
following attributes:
- Ø Excellent knowledge and experience in programme management, preferably with good monitoring and reporting skills;
- Ø Good analytical skills and experience with data collection and analysis;
- Ø Demonstrated experience in delivering training and facilitating learning sessions;
- Ø Experience working with government and on donor-funded projects/programs is an advantage;
- Ø Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and excellent interpersonal skills; and,
- Ø Extensive work experience in Indonesia, fluency in the national language and demonstrated competency in English is mandatory.
This position is a locally-engaged
position and a competitive salary package in
