Vacancy for Senior Administration & Grants Officer/Team Leader

Family Health International (FHI 360) is a non-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. We currently seek qualified candidate for the position of Senior Administration & Grants Officer/Team Leader in the Indonesia Country Office based in Jakarta.
 
BASIC FUNCTIONS:  S/he will provide assistance with the development and processing of contracts and agreements required to implement the overall FHI 360 programs, provide general administrative/logistic support, and leadership to the overall administration; and supervise a team of admin support staff.
 
Duties and key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  1. Prepare documentation to obtain services from local firms to support SUM I Program.
  2. Develop sub-contract/sub-grant for the local agencies selected.
  3. In coordination with the Team/Unit Leaders and Program/Technical Officers, prepare scope of work (SOW) for short-term consultants needed to support the program.
  4. Develop Consultancy Agreements and supporting documents required for engaging consultants.
  5. Oversee acquisition of materials needed to support the program and their inclusion in relevant project data bases and knowledge management systems.
  6. Provide leadership, direct and supervise the country office administrative and program assistant team.
  7. Work closely with the Country Director and Senior Management staff to provide support to manage administrative issues of the country office.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations or related field from a recognized university or college. Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience managing grants and other contractual arrangements and relevant administrative works experience.  Must have excellent communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English, and computer skills in excel and word. Able to work independently and as a team. Previous experience with I/NGOs familiarity with USAID and international/local donors grants administration will be an advantage. Previous experience in handling office procurements and logistics is needed.
