FUNDRAISING ACQUISITIONS MANAGER
1 position, based in Jakarta
The primary purpose of this position is to
lead the organization to significant growth in individual giving
revenue by our managing supporter acquisition channels to gain
supporters for Save the Children Indonesia domestic programs.
The Fundraising Acquisitions Manager will
deliver on revenue goals through engagement with external and internal
partners and stakeholders. He/she will lead the implementation and test
of acquisition channels online and offline
other than face to face acquisition channel
Reports to: Senior Manager Fundraising and Marketing
Number of direct reports: 1 Staff (Fundraising Acquisition Coordinator)
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- In conjunction with the Senior Manager
Fundraising and Marketing and Fundraising and Marketing team to test and
explore other effective channel beside face to face fundraising
acquisition to recruit regular monthly donors
- Test Telemarketing channel as
other acquisition tools to recruit regular monthly donors and create
strategic marketing plan to get the source of the leads
- Manage results and performance of the Telemarketing operation with a focus on qualitative and quantitative KPIs
- Test and create a effective platform for lead generation campaign both offline and
online
- Work with other fundraising and
marketing staff to coordinate cross-channel marketing efforts,
specifically collaboration with fundraising appeals and public
relations events
- Ensure promotional materials fit within Save the Children brand guidelines
- Support with supporter engagement and communication plans

The job duties and responsibilities as set out above are not exhaustive and the post holder may be required to carry out additional duties within reasonableness of their level of skills and experience.
QUALIFICATION
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in
field marketing , digital marketing, telemarketing campaign is an
advantage, including experience in the development and implementation of
strategic and operational plans through a number
of planning cycles
- Ability to use numbers to support all fundraising decisions
- Excellent experience of computerized accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight
deadlines
- Ability to build a small,
proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with
colleagues and providing support and advice as necessary
- Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and
work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies
- A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment
- Understanding of Save the Children vision and mission and a commitment to its objectives, values and essential standards
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Commitment to and understanding of Save the Children’s aims, values and principles including rights-based approaches
