GRM International - Project/Operations Manager Opportunity

GRM/Futures Group is a leading global development management firm, partnering with institutions, governments, and business worldwide to improve people’s quality of life.

We currently manage $290 million dollars of development assistance in Indonesia on behalf of international donor partner through a range of projects across the country. These provide high-quality technical assistance in areas including poverty reduction, social protection, health, education, agriculture and private sector development, monitoring and evaluation.

 

We are seeking an experienced Project/Operations Manager to join our team in Jakarta to support our portfolio of projects through providing operational, financial and project management support to ensure cost effective, timely and specification compliant project delivery.

 

Minimum education and experience required

·         Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree (preferred)

·         Total minimum of 7 years relevant work experience

·         Experience managing large and complex projects

·         Experience in project planning, budgeting, financial management, contract management, procurement and HR management.

·         Minimum 2 years of people management experience, including setting clear performance objectives, managing for results, giving and receiving feedback, performance evaluation and mentoring and coaching consultants/employees

·         Experience working with an international development partner like DFAT or USAID preferable

·         Experience in a developing country or similar environment (desirable)
