Terms of Reference

 

Position                                 : Review Report Consultants for Supervision of Natural

  Resources (2 person)

Duration of Contract          : 11 days

Period of Performance      : November – December 2014

 

Background and Objectives 

MSI SIAP 1 supports one of Indonesian state agency in conducting a review of a nationwide coordination, supervision and cooperation program involving Indonesian ministries, provinces and NGOs to prevent corruption in forestry and natural resources sector. The activity will includes review the progress of previous agreement implementation in forestry and natural resources, harmonization of regulation, spatial planning, conflict resolution and future action plan.

To support the strengthening of corruption prevention efforts on the targeted sectors, MSI SIAP 1 seeks consultants to conduct the review report—academic papers for internal publication, including seminar results. The review report team will consist of two consultants that are responsible for conducting the review. This will include document review, interviews, and attendance and documentation a summary of the seminar result, compile the seminar materials and presentations as summary, and develop recommendations for further decision in forestry and natural resources sector.

Tasks/ Scope of Works

1.      Attend the National Seminar Activity (3 days)

2.      Develop the proceeding material and the review report (5 days)

3.      Discussion and presentation the report to MSI SIAP 1 and KPK (1 day)

4.      Finalize the review report (2 days)

Deliverables

-          Review report which include recommendations for further improvement of the supervisory process

 

Qualifications

1.      Experienced in working collaboratively with Government Agencies and NGOs, especially in Forestry and Natural Resources sector.

2.       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience  

3.      Be able to work in team
