Pupose : Working within the overall framework Child Marriage Project design, this position will support Child Marriage implementation through establishing an effective monitoring and evaluation system Dimensions of Role:
The M & E Specialist will work full time
The position will ensure effective monitoring
systems are in place and strengthen the Child Marriage program’s capacity and expertise in the areas
of monitoring of results, program learning, and evaluation of Child Marriage implementation
The position will be represent Child Marriage Project within relevan networks related to the field of monitoring

Key Responsibilities:
R1. Project
Quality
T1. Provide critical technical input into the
project, design, indicators (CSP, CPO) and Detailed Project Implementation.
T2. Develop project
implementation
guidelines and tools for monitoring and evaluation.
T3. Monitor project
activities to improve the project implemenation.
T4. Alert Project Manager as to any problems with
program quality or variations from Detailed Project
Implementation.
T5. Provide input to the development of project planning
process (3 three years and annual).
T6. Review POs for technical quality.
R2.
Building Capacity
T1. Advise project staff, Project
Manager on ways to improve project implementation.
T2. Train (or arrange training)
for partner technical staff as required in the project plan.
T3. Support continuous learning
of partner technical staff through workshops, seminars and conferences organized by theproject.
R3. Learning
T1. Document
learning in project and best practices of the project.
T2. Share
learning and best practices and insure that they are incorporated into future
work of child marriage prevention.
T3. Help
to develop and oversee ToRs for research and evaluation in this project.
T4. Ensure
you are up to date with current trends and thinking in the prevention of child marriage sector globally and within Indonesia
T5. Conduct continuous search for
innovation and improved learning project practices of prevention of child marriage
within and outside Plan Indonesia to pursue continuous project improvement.

advocacy

Networking and coordination with others involved in the prevention of child marriage

Support advocacy activities on prevention of
child marriage
at district, provincial
and national level

Competence Requirements :
Education:

Min.
Bachelor degree from any major
Knowledge and Skill:

Good command of oral and written communications

Good facilitation and negotiation skill
