PPPI is accepting proposals from
Public Accounting Firm (KAP) to provide audit services for our Program IMAGES.
We invite your firm to submit a proposal to us by 14 November 2014 for
consideration. A description of our program, the services needed and other
pertinent information follows:
Program : Improving Ministries
and Agencies Website for Budget Transparency
Is a 2-years program that
implemented by a consortium consisting of : Komisi Informasi Pusat, the
Masyarakat Transparansi Indonesia (MTI), Vivanews, LP3ES, FITRA, and
coordinated by Paramadina Public Policy Institute (PPPI) a think tank under
Paramadina University
Position : Consultant firm for Audit of Project Financial
Report
Location : Jakarta
Duration : Equivalent
to 2 months
Competencies &
Requirement
- Public Accounting Firm (KAP), which has been recognized by the government and has the authority to audit and issue audit reports;
- Experience in implementing a comprehensive audit for projects funded by donors, especially the World Bank;
- Thorough understanding of the funding and expenditure mechanisms of international organizations, donors, NGOs, civil society groups, and academics involved in international development assistance programs in various sectors.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The KAP has minimum 5-year experience in conducting audits for various firms and/or non-profit agencies.
- The KAP has good communication skills.
- The KAP has legal documents that verify the institution as a legally established entity.
- The KAP has registered competent and experienced accountants who will be responsible with regard to this appointment.
