[vacancy] Green / Blue Economy Leader, code : GBEL

We are the largest nature conservation NGO in Indonesia, which has started its activity since 1962. Currently, we have 28 offices, from Aceh to Papua and has a total of more than 400 staff. Since 2006, our organization supported by more than 54,000 supporters from all over the archipelago.

We are currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced candidate, who has reputable qualifications for: Green / Blue Economy Leader (to be based in Jakarta).

 

Requirements:

·         Master Degree or equivalent

·         At least 7 years of relevant work experiences with the last five years managing a relevant program/project

·         Experiences on climate change and energy issues with economic, land use aspects and energy issues with technology, economic, and broader environmental aspects

·         Experience on leading a project, minimum at national scale

·         Experience as member of an international team and work with multicultural counterparts

With responsible such as:

·         Develop theory of change for green/blue economy

·         Use information from data & other sources to develop policies and guidelines (or drafts) on green/blue economy to be adopted by all level of government  

·         Securing resources (both financial and human/institutional), identify strategic alliance, lobby and execute the most efficient strategic option   

·         Analyze  the  impact  of  concluded  and  or  ongoing  green/blue economy work/activities, in order to give feedbacks for current and or future strategic adjustment on transformation activities
