Vacancy RTI International - Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, KSI Project


The Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) program is a joint initiative between the Australian Government (Department of Foreign Affair and Trade - DFAT) and BAPPENAS (The National Planning Agency) to improve the quality of public policies in Indonesia through the use of research, analysis and evidence.  The program, projected to be 15 years in duration, began implementation in May 2013.
 
RTI International as the managing contractor for the Knowledge Sector Initiative (KSI) Project is seeking highly qualified candidate to fill the following position to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia:
 
MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER

You will be working under the direction of the Senior Advisor Evaluation and Organizational Learning, and will be working closely with Lead Technical Advisor.
 
Your essential task is to play a key role in developing and implementing the overall M&E system, designing and implementing a range of data collection tools and processes with independent policy research institutes and central and local government agencies. You will also contribute to designing and delivering M&E capacity building processes with KSI’s partners (policy research institutes, government, CSOs) and help help develop their own M&E systems. You will also ensure the effective compilation of KSI analytical and progress reports to meet the requirements of KSI’s stakeholders, and support the Senior Advisor Evaluation and Organizational Learning in meeting additional evaluation data requirements from KSI team, Bappenas and DFAT.
