Overview : 1 December 2014 Subject:  Invitation to Submit an Offer for Green Economy Research Specialist for Low Emission Capacity  Building (LECB) Project (Indonesian Only) Dear Mr./Ms.: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is currently implementing a Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB) project that requires the services of an individual to perform the work described in the above mentioned subject.                 In consideration of your qualifications, we are hereby inviting you to submit an offer for this particular assignment.
