MCA-Indonesia Vacancy: Human Resources Officer/Assistant



Millennium Challenge Account - Indonesia (MCA-Indonesia) is a trustee institution that represents the Government of Indonesia to implement a five-year (2013-2018) Millennium Challenge Corporation's Compact Program, a major pillar of the United States-Indonesia Comprehensive Partnership and the largest single pledge made by the United States to Indonesia to date.


MCA-Indonesia has three projects under Compact Program: Green Prosperity, Community-based Health and Nutrition to Reduce Stunting and Procurement Modernization. Our projects are designed, managed and implemented by Indonesians, for the Indonesian people. Our most important development work happens where it should be: the districts and the villages.
Our goal is to reduce poverty through economic growth. Our program is country-driven, reform-centered, and results-focused in order to maximize its effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

Human Resources Officer/Assistant

The Human Resources (HR) Officer/Assistant will support the HR Team for all transactions related with mainly for recruitment, compensation and benefit processes and employee benefit calculation and submission. S/he will assist relevant administrative requirements of HR related processes and personnel administration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Assist HR in meeting recruitment needs, including establishing position description, posting job advertisements, screening applicants, setting-up interviews, collecting & verifying necessary personnel documentation such as salary history, contracts etc, checking candidates references
·         Assist in communicating recruitment process with relevant parties such as notify related division/department for new hire/resigned employees or contact the candidate for Thank you
·         Assist in the maintenance of personnel and other HR related-files, and in maintaining confidentiality as required.
·         Assist in employee benefits administration and communication such as Health Insurance, social security or any others when applicable.
