quality of governance and well-being in areas affected by mineral development
activities.
YTS is looking for a
highly-experienced individual to manage all YTS programs and activities in
Indonesia.
Candidates should ideally have the
following qualifications:

At least
ten years experience in the development field

A Masters
degree in a relevant discipline

Fully
fluent in English and Indonesian

Good
management and program development skills

Excellent
analytical, research and writing skills

Strong
social and communication skills

Willing and
able to travel and work in remote areas
