Request For Proposal (RFP) : TAX SERVICES FOR DAI INDONESIA FOR THE PERIOD OF : 1 JANUARY 2015 – 31 DECEMBER 2015

Dear All,

BACKGROUND: DAI is a U.S. based consulting company. Currently, DAI is implementing the IUWASH and PROGRESS projects in Indonesia  funded by USAID. The IUWASH project started to recruit its employees in March 2011, while PROGRESS began recruiting employees in 2013.

The tax returns consist of employee income tax (art. 21) and corporate income tax, in addition to monthly witholding tax return. Employee and other witholding tax returns should be reported on a monthly basis, while the corporate tax documents should be submitted on an annual basis.

The tax calculation will be handled by each project’s internal staff. However, since both projects areunder DAI’s tax ID, corporate, employee, and witholding tax reporting from the individual projects should be consolidated into one document.

DAI is inviting an independent tax consulting firm to assist in the above tax reporting.
