SCI seeks Office Helper based in Malang

Save the Children is an international NGO and the world’s top independent charity for children in need. Since 1919, we have been fighting for children’s rights, saving their lives and providing hope for brighter futures worldwide.  In Indonesia, Save the Children currently works in eleven provinces, has staff of approximately 195 local professionals, and programming in Child Protection, Education, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Humanitarian Response.  Save the Children in Indonesia is seeking to fill the following position:

OFFICE HELPER

1 position, based in Malang

Code : OH-BADUTA

Role purpose:
Menyediakan dan membantu staf pendukung kantor untuk kegiatan sehari-hari.

Reports to: Admin and Logistic Assistant
Dimension: -

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Menjaga kebersihan area kantor termasuk garasi dan gudang kantor.
2. Menerima dan mendaftar setiap tamu yang datang ke kantor dan mengkonformasikan kepada staff yang dituju. Kemudian, mengarahkan ke staff yang diminta.
3. Memastikan ketersediaan perlengkapan dapur dan segera melaporkan ke Admin and Logistics Assistant jika ada yang harus dilakukan pengadaan.
4. Membantu menyediakan kebutuhan para staff mulai dari menyiapkan minum dan makan siang.
5. Membantu dalam setiap kegiatan atau acara seperti memperbanyak materi, menjadi penerima tamu saat pelatihan / workshop dan yang lainnya.
6. Bersedia melaksanakan setiap tugas yang diberikan oleh Admin and Logistics Assistant.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Terbiasa dengan pekerjaan Rumah Tangga
• Minimal lulus SMA
• Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di kantor
• Memiliki perilaku yang baik dan sopan
• Memahami pola kerja yang fleksible
