The
Royal Norwegian Embassy in Jakarta has in recent years more than doubled its
diplomatic and local staff as a result of the continuously expanding
bilateral relations between Norway and Indonesia. The Embassy consists of
four teams; (i) the Climate and Forest team, (ii) the Economic and
development team, (iii) Political team, and (iv) Administrative and Consular team,
as well as a newly established Commercial Department. The embassy now has 11
diplomatic staff, and 19 locally employed staff members.
The
Royal Norwegian Embassy in Jakarta seeks an experienced locally employed
person as administrative officer and PA to the Ambassador.

Requirements
-
5-10 years’ work experience from Embassies,
KEMLU or other relevant government offices, NGO or private sector in
Indonesia.

Must have experience in working with KEMLU
and other Indonesian authorities

Must have good knowledge and be confident in
the use of ICT-tools
-
Must have excellent written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
-
Knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is
an advantage
-
Some knowledge of Norwegian and Indonesian
relations will be an asset
